Role Objective:

To provide safe, efficient, and friendly service to all customers as per Management’s

instructions and Company regulations outlined in the Operations manual.

Duties and Responsibilities:


1. Set the Standard:

Be a role model by adhering to work timings, rules, and regulations, maintaining discipline and professionalism at all times.

 Arrive and leave according to the work schedule, without delay.

Count cash and accurately open the sales system each day.

Greet every customer with a smile and make them feel valued upon arrival.

Present Mahaseel Al Bon services and products to customers, answering their questions with expertise.

 

8. Efficient Service:

Receive and deliver orders promptly and accurately, both in-store and to customers in their cars.

Carefully take and process customer orders, ensuring nothing is overlooked.

 

10. Accurate Transactions:

Register orders and payments in the system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

 

11. Craft Quality:

 Prepare food and drinks following our recipes, maintaining the highest quality.

13. Prepare the Café:

Turn on lights and electricity, fill and heat kettles, and ensure coffee service is ready.

 

14. Stock Management:

Order necessary supplies from the Stores Department to keep everything running smoothly.

 

15. Calibrate and Quality Check:

Regularly calibrate coffee mills and ensure the quality meets our standards.

 

16. Equipment Mastery:

 Have a strong knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues effortlessly.

 

17. Maintain Cleanliness:

Keep the shop, equipment, and dishes spotless, ensuring a pristine environment.

 

18. Provide Seamless Service:

 Serve customers inside and outside, creating memorable experiences.

 

19. Curate Ambiance:

Arrange products, equipment, and furniture to reflect our shop’s elegance and creativity.
